REFUND POLICY — NOVA UD

1. Final Sale Notice

All products sold by NOVA UD are digital and are considered final sale.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Digital products cannot be returned once delivered
• No refunds will be issued once a product has been used, accessed, or activated

2. No Refund After Use

Refunds will NOT be provided under any circumstances if:

❌ A product key has been used or activated
❌ The software has been downloaded, installed, or accessed
❌ The service has been started, completed, or partially completed

Once any form of usage is detected, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if:

✔ A request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

❌ Revocation of all licenses
❌ Blacklisting from future purchases

7. Final Decision

All cases are reviewed internally. NOVA UD reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
